Sarah Dewi Ayishah Garrod
Sarah Dewi Ayishah Garrod is a graduate student and instructor. Her research primarily concerns the poetics and narratives of decolonial movements and events in relation to African and Southeast Asian literatures. More broadly, she is interested in South-South literary interactions, particularly those enacted through feminism, philosophy, religion, and concepts of humanism and human rights. She previously studied Comparative Literature at Queen Mary, University of London and Yale-NUS College.
