Biography:

Krystin Santos is a graduate teaching assistant in the WRD and English departments at the University of Kentucky. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, where she also served as a graduate teaching assistant in the English department. She has experience teaching composition and creative nonfiction, and her teaching concentration includes blending the two fields together. She has given a presentation at the South Carolina Council of Teachers of English Conference in 2014 on how to actively and successfully bring creative nonfiction into the composition classroom. She currently lives in Lexington with her dog, Marley.
